• All products are processed, sealed, and packed using modern food processing and preservation technologies.

• Product descriptions, images, ingredients, shelf life, and nutritional information are provided for general informational purposes only.

• Variations in taste, color, texture, aroma, or appearance may occur due to the use of natural ingredients and traditional cooking methods.

• Product images shown on the website are illustrative only.

Food Safety, Allergens & Consumer Responsibility

• Products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle milk, nuts, gluten, soy, seafood, meat, spices, and other allergens.

• Consumers are solely responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before consumption.

Orders, Pricing & Availability

• In the event of pricing errors, listing errors, or stock unavailability, the company may cancel the order without any further obligation.

Shipping, Delivery & International Orders

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon dispatch or delivery, as applicable.

• For international shipments, customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, local compliance, and regulatory approvals.

• ODOD Enterprises Private Limited shall not be liable for delays, seizures, rejections, or destruction of goods by customs or regulatory authorities.

No Returns & Limited Refund Policy
Due to the consumable nature of food products:

• Returns are not accepted once delivered.

• Refunds or replacements are considered only if:

  • Product is damaged in transit

  • Packaging is tampered or leaking

  • Incorrect product is delivered

Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ODOD Enterprises Private Limited, its directors, promoters, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
