9. Delivery Issues & Delays

We shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events

Re-shipping costs arising from such issues shall be borne by the customer.

  • Total liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the shipped product.
