3. Order Cancellation Policy
a) Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

b) Cancellation by the Company
ODOD Enterprises Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to:

In such cases, a full refund (if payment was received) will be processed.
4. No Return Policy (Food Safety)
Due to strict food safety and hygiene standards:
